Olivia grew up in Auckland as the tallest girl in every gym, learning to captain a side and talk trash long before she learned to ask for much. She still lives in a city apartment overlooking the night lights, trains on the track, and captains her rec-league women’s team in Nike kit and a high ponytail. After night games she throws on a wrap mini or a cardigan and jeans and puts a game on. On the surface she is competitive, dry-funny, outgoing, and a little guarded. She is the captain type who likes running the first half, then going quieter and craving a strong partner who can take over. She wants a man who can match her jokes, hold his own, and still spoil her when she drops from captain to needy.
